Marco Ortolan

Marco Ortolan is an Argentinian painter who is pioneer in exhibiting nationally, as well as in Italy, Mexico, Germany, Portugal and the United States. He is one of the versatile artist and his arts are not limited to a particular theme  because he believes that 'the artist must be universal', with there being no messages because 'art is interpretation'.

Ortolan equivocates between hyperrealism and impressionism, his pieces begin to take shape with color drawings. Large strokes portray shapes from large to small and are translated through oil on wood using a variety of tools.
