I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

If you did not receive an email confirmation of your order please email us at customerservice@mhoksh.com

What are the shipping options available ?

Mhoksh  is delighted to offer complimentary domesticUS ground shipping for all orders above $50.  We understand your need and pretty much aware that  not all the orders can be of 50$,which is why we are charging a nominal 4$ shipping for orders less then 50$

How much time it will take for me to receive the painting ?

After We receive your order we contact the Artist, with the price being offered.  If Artist agrees to the price and the painting is still available, we are going to order the paining.Most of our Artist are overseas so technically this will take around 2 to 3weeks for the paining to be delivered.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please send us an email at customerservice@mhoksh.com with in 30minutes window. If you are not able to cancel during that time period, please contact us in the same email and we will initiate the refund. 


What is your return policy? 

We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality.You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for all merchandise apart from the Fine-Arts, and receive a full refund in the original payment form. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. At this time, we are offering USPS return labels exclusively for all returns.

What is the return Policy of the painting ?

We do understand, things  seen on site may not work as expected when they arrive. So in Mhoksh we are offering a free 7 days return for the painting after this is delivered. If for any reason you don’t like the painting you can initiate the refund by sending an e-mail to customerservice@mhoskh.com.

 How do I exchange?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not take exchanges. You can simply return your item and repurchase the item of your choosing.

How do I return a gift?

We hope you love your gift though we know sometimes you need to make a change! If you need to return an item received as a gift, have your gift receipt ready, which includes the order number, the delivery address zip code, your name and your email. You will need these to begin the gift return process.To start your return process as a gift recipient, please click here. For gift recipients, please be aware you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card once your return has been processed.

Do you charge for return shipping?

Absolutely not! We make things easy for you by offering free returns within theU.S. Please review our Returns Policy for further details.

How do I return an item I purchased?

Please send us an email to customerservice@mhoksh.com, with your order number and the reason for return. And we will be happy to assist you with the return Process.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee for any returns received within 30 days.

At the end of every year at Mhoksh we will give back 5% of the total money spent as a token of appreciation. This will come as a bank-check to your door step.
